In a Vase on Monday - Spring in Winter
Last week we had some real spring in winter, with warm weather and blooms that we normally admire in late February. I have put some of them in my today vase: snowdrops, helleborus niger and wild little daisies among spikes of Japanese Quince and ilex blue prince. Have a great new year, gardeners, and keep up the good work!

ȘtergereSo clean and new, like the new year itself, a beautiful spring dream for a dreary winter day.

ȘtergereWow how lucky....we have had 3-4 weeks of arctic weather so it was too dangerous to even breathe the sub zero air. Love seeing these spring blooms and hope we might enjoy them early in March for one spring.
RăspundețiȘtergereLooking forward to seeing the spring blooms in your garden, Donna!
