End of Month View: July 2017

It is very hot these days, but the garden looks still fresh and colourful and the show is going on with hydrangeas, phlox, echinacea, physostegia, achillea ptarmica and roses in the second flowering.

In a Vase on Monday - July White

There is quite a lot of white in the garden at this end of July as roses are in their second flowering and Hydrangea paniculata limelight,  Physostegia virginiana ”Summer Snow”and  Achillea ptarmica 'The Pearl' have grown in big tall clumps this summer and are in full bloom these days.So, some beautiful „whites”got in today vase.

It looks great this year, a star of the July garden -Hydrangea Paniculata Limelight.

There are a few beautiful blue flowers in the garden these days and we love how they contrast with the other colours, especially with the green of the foliage.

O vară cu (mult) flox

Anul acesta floxul este foarte frumos și parcă mai parfumat ca oricând ♡!Avem vreo 3 culori care au înflorit deja și unul alb care întârzie.L-am tot dus prin diverse locuri din grădină, primăvara, când e de vreo 10 cm și se mută ușor din tufă.

In a Vase on Monday - The Tall Ones in the Rain

As Phlox and Summer Snow have just opened they are very fresh and look well together in a jug I have not used for a very long time. To fill it properly, I added some seed heads of Love in a Mist and a few spikes of other tall ones, the blue Salvia and  Achilea Ptarmica. As it has been raining since last night, I had to take the photos between the showers and place the vase in various places to catch the best light.Have a great week!

The Tuesday View: 19th July 2016

This week view comes with another purple Liatris in bloom and a few roses that have bloomed for the second time.

Nu știu de ce, dar întotdeauna, a doua înflorire a trandafirilor mi se pare că e un pic mai romantică./I do not know why, but as usual, the second blooming of roses seems to be a little bit more romantic.
